Wesley Carlson writes and makes music on his own terms, drawing inspiration from the many curveballs life has thrown his way. He believes everyone should trust their own eyes and ears and live in the reality right in front of them.
On Music
Wesley makes indie tunes in his basement studio, recording the old-school way on a 24-track system. Every song is a live, full-length take with little to no post-editing, just raw honest frequencies.
On Writing
Wesley writes what he sees, adding a touch of satire along the way. He doesn’t take himself too seriously, and his work reflects that. Often teetering on the edge of complete mania, mirroring the ups and downs of existence. His first book, Slum Enterprise, is currently in the works, with more short stories to follow.
